The Manfrotto 169 Five Socket Bracket is also known as a Junior Triple Header. It is a 39" (100cm) long T Bar with 5 1-1/8" (28mm) Junior sockets for attaching up to 5 lighting fixtures.
Three fixtures may be mounted on the top side, two may be mounted on the underside of the bracket. It is designed to fit on a heavy duty stand or bracket with a Junior socket.
